Only items stocked at a location can be picked up from that location. If an item is not in stock at your preferred pick up location, you will need to choose Delivery out of metro option at checkout, and it will be shipped interstate to your address. If you still require to pick up an item which is not stocked at that warehouse location, there will be a fee of $89 per kayak to transfer the stock from one warehouse to the other. Stock transfers are not done on a regular basis so there maybe extended wait times if that option is chosen, our staff will contact you after the order is placed. Accessories cannot be transferred. Each product page will show if the item is in stock at your preferred pick up location:
Delivery Overview
We pride ourselves on offering affordable delivery Australia wide for all our products. Each boxed item purchase includes insurance and registered tracking for your peace of mind. Our couriers will deliver right to your doorstep, allowing you to sit back and relax whilst your order travels directly from our warehouse to you. We have listed delivery costs and timing by location and product in the section below. The kayak delivery cost is per kayak, unless in a Metro Area as designated, there may be is a slight discount for multiple kayaks.
All delivery time frames are estimates. Due to COVID-19 and extreme events such as flooding there has been heavy congestion within the delivery network which are causing extended delivery delays in some areas.
Post Office Boxes. Unless the item fits in a satchel (Small, Medium, Large or Extra Large) under 5kg, we do not offer delivery to Post Office Boxes.
CAPPED PRICE DELIVERY
Bay Sports Capped Price delivery service makes delivery affordable for all. We have introduced $69 Capped Price delivery to NSW, VIC & QLD Metro areas (within 75 kms of the capital CBD) on all hard shell kayaks, canoes & surf skis. And if you are Outside 75 km radius, delivery is capped at just $89, $135 or $175 depending on the size of your kayak (refer to pricing schedule below)!
Given the bulky nature of kayaks, these prices represent incredible value and ensure you get the best kayaks delivered at the best price, Australia wide.

Sydney Metro delivery time is currently only 2-4 business days for in stock items.

*Metro is considered within 75 kms of the major city's CBD. To find out if your address falls within a metro area, type your area's CBD into Google Maps and then your delivery address, to calculate the kilometres. 76 kms and further is considered outside of the metro area. For Example, if you type into Google maps ‘Melbourne CBD’, then type ‘Rosebud, Victoria 3939’ - this shows its 80.9 kms, therefore it falls outside of the metro delivery area.

EXCLUSIONS
- Shipping to Islands not on the mainland of Australia (other than TAS MAINLAND) is automatically excluded from our set delivery schedule. Delivery will generally be sent to the local barge or freight terminal on the mainland. Bay sports will not be responsible for any onforwarding that may be required to get to the final destination.
- Deliveries to regional and remote areas in any state or territory may fall outside our standard delivery fee and may require additional delivery charges which is at the discretion of Bay Sports or require delivery to a commercial premises or a depot only, due to the carrier limitations of delivering to a residential address. We will contact you and alert you if this is the case.
LIMITATIONS FOR W.A BASED ORDERS
- Not all products are stocked in our Western Australian outlet in Rockingham and products are constantly changing based on stock availability at the time. Currently all orders (for a hard-shell kayak) from Bay Sports NSW, VIC or QLD outlet's cannot be supplied or delivered to W.A due to current limitations on freight unless a customer pays any additional freight costs to ship an order from NSW, VIC or QLD. Bay Sports will contact you to discuss any additional shipping costs.

LIMITATIONS FOR TASMANIAN BASED ORDERS
- Currently all orders to Tasmania (for a hard-shell kayak) can only be delivered to our freight carriers depot. Bay Sports and our freight carrier will contact you regarding the depot pick up, and when the goods are available for collection.
FURTHER SHIPPING INFORMATION
- Do you have a Commercial address we could ship to? Couriers are generally quicker to deliver our products to any office, workplace, or any address that is a commercial premise/address.
- We can also ship to your local courier depot for you to collect at a suitable day and time, saving you the "Sorry we missed you" card. So if either of these are a possibility, simply put the Commercial address as your shipping address on your order, or simply write 'Local Depot' in the Notes to Seller section at checkout.
- All orders are Authority to Leave (ATL) unless specified to Bay Sports.
- Additional charges known as a "Re-Delivery Fee" may occur and be passed on to the customer if a re-delivery or a re-direction is required, or if a depot pick up is requested after the items has shipped
WORLDWIDE SHIPPING
- We also offer worldwide shipping for kayaks. Contact us for further details and a quote (Minimum Order Quantity apply). For inflatable products such as pontoons, inflatable kayaks, and inflatable sups no minimum order quantity applies and we regularly ship these products all over the world. Delivery times vary but are typically 7-10 business days once the item has been collected. You can also find our SUP's on amazon.com for USA based orders.
- Any import duties or local taxes are payable by the receiver for goods shipped into another country. Its the purchasers responsibility to check any country duties or taxes that may be payable for the importation of products shipped.
